What we've actually
delivered.

Island Edge is early in its story as a firm. We're not going to pad this page with made-up case studies or vague claims. What you'll find here is real — a detailed account of work done, money recovered, and the kind of client advocacy that defines how we operate.

From stalled for two years
to done in seven months.

Before Island Edge, Noelle Green served as Project Manager and internal Implementation Lead at a major petroleum distribution company undergoing a full enterprise ERP deployment. What happened over the course of that engagement is the clearest demonstration of what she brings to a client.

The situation
A petroleum distribution company had been attempting to implement a leading ERP platform for nearly two years. The project had stalled — the implementation was significantly incomplete, go-live had been pushed repeatedly, and the relationship between the client and the ERP vendor had deteriorated. Internal resources were stretched, morale was low, and leadership had lost confidence in the project's path to completion.
Noelle stepped in as Project Manager and internal Implementation Lead. She had previously worked directly at the ERP vendor — which gave her an unusual vantage point: she understood the vendor's internal processes, how their billing worked, and exactly where the implementation had gone wrong.
What she did
Conducted a full audit of the implementation status — mapping what had been delivered against what had been contracted and billed
Identified $34,000 in faulty billing practices by the ERP vendor — charges for work not performed or incorrectly invoiced — and negotiated a full credit back to the client
Documented the vendor's failure to deliver within contracted timelines and negotiated an additional $50,000 credit on that basis
Negotiated the deployment of two senior ERP consultants on-site for two full weeks — at zero cost to the client — to complete the implementation directly
Managed the final push to go-live, driving the project from stalled to complete within 7–8 months of taking the lead
The outcome
Implementation completed — a project that had been stuck for two years crossed the finish line
$34,000 credited back to the client from faulty billing audit
$50,000 credited back to the client for missed delivery commitments
Two senior on-site consultants secured at zero cost — an estimated $75,000+ in implementation services delivered free of charge
Estimated total value returned to the client: approximately $160,000

This outcome was only possible because Noelle understood the vendor's billing practices from the inside. That kind of knowledge — knowing what should have been charged versus what was — isn't something you develop from the outside. It comes from having been there.

Where the $160K came from.

Every dollar below was returned to the client through audit, negotiation, and advocacy — not from the client's budget, but recovered from a vendor who had not delivered what was contracted.

30% off a leading petroleum ERP platform
Island Edge is currently working with a highly regarded petroleum software vendor to secure a 30% discount on their ERP platform for qualifying clients who engage with us. If you're evaluating a new system — or know you need to make a move — this is a meaningful number. We'll share the specifics once we've formalized the arrangement, but if this is relevant to your situation, bring it up when we talk.
Ongoing
Vendor-side knowledge working for you
Noelle's background at iRely Software means she understands how ERP vendors price, bill, and negotiate — from the inside. That knowledge has already recovered $84,000 for one client through billing audits and timeline negotiations alone. When we review a vendor contract or an implementation scope, we know what to look for because we've written those documents ourselves.
